20th July- Fisheries, forests, and wolf touching

Mafia Mark "feeding the fish". Note my subservient pose around this alpha male.
Away from Mark, I am just gathering the courage to stand up.
Oh no, Mark's looking. Back on the knees again.

The final remains of Mark's enemy is fed to the fish. A poignant moment.
Michigan is famous for its lumber industry having supplied the wood for so much of America's building in the last two centuries. A trip to a local national park allowed Mark and I to get in on the action. Thank God for chainsaws.
The welcoming committee with their branding irons. A good place to hide the English accent.
An early pioneer with a couple of gigglers.
SSS. Sharie, Shelley, and Sienna.
There was an exhibit in the tourist centre of the national park showing the local wildlife. Jessie finally plucked up the courage to touch the wolf. There was also an exhibit detailing the poop of all the different forms of wildlife, all carefully crafted for the tourists. Shelley wouldn't let me take a photo of it.
